The chicken is really good and flavorful. My favorite is the Teriyaki and then the Lemon Herb. The Lime and Balsamic are very tasty also. The first time I ordered, I didn't realize the 2lbs of BBQ wasn't in my order. I noticed over a week later when I went to take it out of freezer. Because I didn't realize it when I first put the chicken away, I didn't ask for a refund. I just mentioned to make sure everything was packed correctly on my next order. They nicely added the 2extra lbs of BBQ in my next order. So, that to me is huge customer service. Turns out I wasn't a big fan of the BBQ. If you like a spicy cacciatore sauce, then I would say order that. Overall, this chicken makes life easy and keeps me on track especially with the variety. I highly recommend it.
