Thanks so much for your review. I am sorry to hear that you beileve the quality of our chicken has changed. We have been using the same suppliers since our companies inception. Though we have improved upon our methods of preparation, packaging and shipping in this time frame the chicken sourcing has not changed.
I guess I am a bit confused. When you contacted our office about this order you had it sent to a UPS Access Point and experienced issues with the delivery. If you had issues with the quality, it would have been great to know that at the time as well. Or maybe your story has changed and this is what you are saying now.
