I used to order from chicken pound in the past but I stopped because it was super dry and chewy. Honestly It sucked. So I was very apprehensive when I ordered this time. Unfortunately, they must have changed something because I’ve smashed 1 1/2 pounds of this and it’s freaking incredible. Now I’m going to have to explain to my wife why there’s 20 pounds of chicken pound Lemmon herb chicken and 30 pounds of plain chicken in the freezer. Thanks a lot chicken pound. I wish your chicken still sucked. Then again my prep just got a lot freaking easier.
